Yeah I mean I get their frustration when they had loyal customers who had been asking about it who they wanted to give a chance (thats what he said at least), but theres not much you can do.. They couldve refused to serve the guy if they really wanted, or just made sure not to put it out until they were ready to announce it was available.

I think there are. You can buy generic bourbon barrel Maple syrup at giant eagle now.

I drank mine. I thought it was incredible. Never had the pleasure of trying previous vintages so can't compare. But I thought it was deserving of the hype.

That said, I can see why people might not be floored by it. No one note dominated (for me this is good). Not a ton of maple or barrel, but they were both there for sure and worked really well together. What I loved the most was the mouthfeel. Not motor oil thick, but super creamy/fluffy/silky.

I really enjoyed the bottle and if anyone says it sucks, I'll kick your ass.

I had a bottle of CBS and it tasted a little bit fresher than the last bottle that I had 3 years ago, could be a good reason for that but I can't think of one, and tasted like the draft two years ago fresh at Founders.

Anyone know the legality of locking my kids in the bathroom of my hotel room?

1. Does the bathroom door lock from the outside (Matt Lauer level concern if so)?

2. When we've exhausted all babysitting options and still want to keep whatever social commitment we have, I've considered tying the three of them together (one ankle each); they fight about everything and there's simply no way they'd all agree on a common direction.

Pretty confident that we'd return and find them no less than ten feet from where we left them, still tied together, exhausted and asleep.

3. Are you in town to reunite with Shuggy for the holidays?

Not only did I take a sip, I drank a half glass of it and went back for seconds.

The hot sauce certainly isnt shy in it and its definitely more savory than any other spiced beer ive had before. But there was also a lot of residual sweetness to it tasting like chocolate.

Based on what others said about it, I was expecting it to be wretched and ended up presently surprised.

Oh this is bad. You need to delete ASAP and we'll pretend it never happened.

I like to think that you and I are cut from the same cloth when it comes to supporting Voodoo (obviously you're much much worse....obviously), but I struggled mightily with this beer. Always wanting to like their stuff, I couldn't even choke down a few ounces.

In retrospect, I definitely wish I would have used it for cooking though rather than drainpouring.

I drank a bottle the week it came out, and while it wasn't my favorite Voodoo beer, I didn't think it was putrid as others were saying. I split it with someone and I drank a little more than half of the bottle.

I opened up my second bottle within the past week though and I thought it went down hill. Much more vinegar than the first bottle.

I have a theory that baked Lays aren't one bit better for you, you just make up the difference in the calories because the bags have like 1/2 as many chips in them.
