Will Giant Iggle be a shitshow for CBS?

Shadyside is always going to be the busiest. Not sure on the others as most of these releases used to be focused on Shadyside. I don't *think* the others will be, but I also wouldn't be shocked. Yinzers love a good line.

On a side note, what a problem to have recently with all the BA stouts coming out. Black Note seemed decently plentiful, BCBS just dropped, Voodoo just released again, CBS is a coming and BA Ten Fidy is making the rounds.

Maybe I'm being overly optimistic, but from what I've heard, CBS (cockblocking Barry Sanders) will be in abundance in Pittsburgh, even moreso than KBS. I don't think it will be hard to find, as it seems like literally every place that sells beer is getting multiple cases of it.

on that note, does anyone know if we get arcadia ba cereal killer here? i've seen regular cereal killer and the ba porter before. i'd be down to buy a case if so. had it last weekend and it was top notch.

I thought I saw BA Arcadia stuff at Cotton Candy Randy Dandy's Shadyside location when I lived around there. Very sure it is at VE if you're ever up that way.

Their 750ml BA stuff has always been $30 or more, so I imagine they're spendy unless something has changed.

Which is exactly why I've never had the BA version of Hibernation...and I greatly enjoy the regular. Even if $10/12 oz, that's less of a monetary commitment to try something I've been interested in for a long time.

EDIT: For new beers, I mostly look at prices as $/tick.

$10/tick < $30/tick.

I've had BA Hibernation... I think twice? The first time it was great, the second time I got one in a trade and the guy neglected to tell me the bottle was like 4 years old. It tasted like wet cardboard.

I got my first one in a set that included the 3x12oz bottles and glass for $30 I think. I saw a row of the bottles at a distributor and did not look at the price, but I am assuming $9-10 knowing where I saw them.

i had a ba hibernation 12oz recently and it was awesome. it was a bit cheaper in colorado, $8 i think. i wouldn't spend $30 on the 750. regular hibernation in cans this year is amazing too. one of my all time favorite beers.

I like your style. Wish the same could be said for my neck of the woods. I put forth my maximum effort for beer seeking and called a single place to see if they would have it. The response I got was "all accounts that got it last year will have it again."

Which tells me they are ******* with me and noone is getting it, or they are confused and think CBS = KBS.

Beer sounds like it could be terrible, if I'm making my usual shallow judgments based on beer names, descriptions, and history of the owners/brewers. (Also coupled with the fact that ~75% of all new breweries are, in fact, bad in my estimation). But the food sounds promising, and I will certainly be visiting at some point.

All the breweries starting from Lawrenceville and heading North on 28 make me happy. I think Roundabout -> Hitchhiker -> Cellar Works will be my visit when I'm back in town for the Honda Days.
