Anyone planning on hitting up the DG anny can release tomorrow? I'll be near there to pick up a tux... so probably stopping for some cans and drafts before heading home.

Stopped at hitchhiker after yam jam cans. I kinda like the open space taproom in the middle of a warehouse thing. Very similar to helicon. Beer is still pretty meh. Myrcene(dipa) was kinda tasty, pumpkin ipa was bad. I'll still probably try to stumble over to try the maple stout after juicy brews on sunday.

I don't rate yam beers. Me and my broskis are having a yam tasting in a couple weeks. But you'll never know what we really think.

Edit: I'll trade you yams for SS4... let me down gently.

I'm gonna try to find out when that jag Rjdillman works since I have some beerz for him. If you wanna meet me at Brew Gents, you can just have one. Iight? Iight.

Just got to Pittsburgh for the first time since I was an extra on the Dark Night Rises set. Any must stop places? Going to the Rex Theatre.
I'm behind the stick at Piper's Pub tonight, just a few blocks away from The Rex if you want the services of the worst bartender in the city & some Scotch & some beers.

Well it's been very quiet around here, so I'll give my VIP two cents about juicy brews. I went to the 3-6. It was bizarre that there was a very long line for aslin, but not any other brewery.

Hoof hearted had a killer ddh pale ale, but their peach milkshake beer was a drain pour. Their biggest mistake was not bringing shirts to sell. Magnify, single cut, and triple crossing were all fine but nothing stood out. Ocelot had a nice ddh pale ale that I'd search out again. and Voodoo vandelay was a standout. Second son had worst beer of the day with a gross creamed corn flavored sour ipa. Overall it was a great event that was well worth $50. I think I'm over ipas though so maybe I'm not the best reviewer, so **** you.

Triple Crossings Falconer's Flight DIPA The Grid was the sleeper show-stealer. Everyone I talked to said it was one of their favorites (including me).

i did have that one and i thought it was alright. most of the beers there were pretty well made and i think it just comes down to personal preference for hop blends.

Cool! I think that's my favorite beer from BG.

I'd switch 8 & 29 ... Not that Bodhi is bad, I just enjoy Creeper much more.

Did you see that video the dude posted of himself chugging a Helldorado after-inhaling-but-before-exhaling a bong rip?
yes. when he gurgled afterward i thought he was going to keel over right there on camera. not as impressive as the deal with the devil chug though, imo.
