On the general subject though, yes I don't have anything against the secondary market at all. If people are dumb enough to pay hundreds of dollars for a ******** beer, I don't blame anyone for cashing in on that.

Agree on the Helicon, they had some nice german styles, solid hoppy beers, and even their raspberry wheat was tasty. Just wish it wasn't so far out of the way.

Is Dan's offer really that bad? He breaks even, plus gets covered a four-pack for his trouble (the "free beer" shuglord claims he was angling for). Buyer gets beer at a 50% mark-up plus shipping, which is what a retailer would charge anyway.

Admittedly this isn't my game, but it doesn't seem like gross profiteering to me. dadavat even said that the margin barely seemed worth the effort, so it's not like Dan would be getting away with murder here. I dunno, maybe I'm wrong.

This selling DG 4 packs online thing just seems petty though. I understand **** lording deluxe where you attempt to make a massive gain more than trying to make 9 bucks. If you're that desperate to recoup such a small amount then you might want to rethink your priorities.

If I trade it for another IPA, Im wasting money on the shipping, and probably also getting a shittier product unless it's Trillium. Of course if someone I personally knew from out of town wanted it, I'd send it for cost. The small trading I do do anymore for RAR. Whales, I throw them in as extras too. I'm in no need of the small amount of money, and I'm not keeping it anyways, it's getting funneled back into more beer sales for them.
