The issue isn't the fills, it's the lack of staffing and poor use of space. Why not use the second bar for growlers and have someone over there with a second person available for when the line gets long? I've waited over an hour for a growler. That's just insane.
Part of the issue too is people filling 6 growlers.
Only time I've waited awhile for grolwer fills were the III signup night and pick up day. Usually pretty smooth, IMO.
