For any of you travelling through the Wilkes-Barre / Scranton area, I gotta give another shout out to Sabatini's bottle shop. Prices are on the higher side but they have SO much good stuff. I was on a tight budget this time so i didn't go crazy, but here's a small sampling of what they had that we never see out this way:

4 or 5 wicked weed sours
only 1 fantome this time (noel which i hated)

Also if they had some Birrificio Del Ducato. Few of those have been good. Brett Peat Daydream, if you like Peaty smoke and Beersel Mattina, which I think is blended with 3F

Is Market District Shadyside doing a Battle of the Barrels for PCBW? If so any idea what kegs they have? Last year's event was one of the best beer events I've been to!

Yes it going to be on the 25th of April at 4pm. The beers poured will not be revealed until 5:30 during the event. So, it's battle of the barrels, Blind. at least that's what I think we are going to do.
