10 BBl with a 2 head manual Wild goose system(the same one Bissell Brothers started with). I don't think the plan is to ever actually distribute. Haven't canned a full 10bbl batch yet. I think the first two runs were about 4bbl canned or so with the rest going to draft.How big of a system do they have to can and distribute?
