Rickon was the lost stark boy he had no connection to a god r whatever they r all doing right now. Sansa seems like she didn't care her brother died so she could rule the north. Jon will not have the north bc he is a bastard. jon has a better claim to the iron throne then the warden of the north.
Jon won't have the north and won't die because he is more important. He is Rhaegar and Lyanna Starks son. He will marry his Aunt Daenerys because that's what Targarens do.

One of the writers or set designers on Silicon Valley must be pretty into beer. Cases of Pliny, Erlich constantly chugging North Coast Old Stock and Old Rasputin, Drake's tin tackers on Gilfoyle's wall, Ballast Point everywhere. I dig.
those breweries are paying for product positioning which is a great idea considering the show's audience demographic. i wouldn't be surprised if it drastically bolstered ballast point's popularity during the first season, leading to the acquisition. if you notice in season 1, ballast point (other than the bottle of old raspy on gilfoyle's desk) is the only beer on the show. in seasons 2 and 3, drake's and others come in.

Thanks Mark, boy 1 response and 2 likes, I expected more from you guys. Hoping just more eyes need to see this. Come on, even you bashers out there, lay it on me. I want to hear everyone's opinion on this. Hell we might even get a real beer discussion going on here. Let's start with who has not had Gratitude? Why?

Haven't had Gratitude. Only moving to the area 3 years ago is easily the biggest contributor. Passed on it last year a couple times when stopping by the EE booth at the former Public Market in the Strip. I wasn't as "into beer" at the time, but 17 bucks for a bottle that had been sitting there baking in the sunlight coming through the window for months just seemed like asking too much.

Wouldn't have been surprised if I'd had the opportunity to try it at some point since, but as it turns out, I haven't. I've sensed there's a changing of the guard for craft brewers in this city for some time, but seeing barrel aged Grat put in tallboy cans this year could probably be singled out as the most obvious outward sign.

Can't say I'm all that surprised. Makes sense n at. Congrats on expanding the empire, fellas!
I'm pretty excited about this. That's a 3 hour drive for me compared to 5. That also means Buffalo and Rochester dudes may speed on down 90 if allotments are available for whenever the next release is. Gonna have to be fast.

Just got back in to town and it was amazing to see the amount of new breweries hitting the shelves.

Had a Cascade bottle last week and was reminded that they are not worth the $30 price point. Decent sour but the fruit was mostly absent.

Is Alesmith trying to price themselves out of the market with their 6pks of .394 Pale Ale at $17.99?

Ended up with a 6pk of Tazmanian Hatter and 4pk of ReDankulous.

Excuse me, how much? o_O

Holy wow. I'd love to meet Garrett Oliver, but that love is not worth $100. I guess it depends on what appetizers they'll have.

I tried to look around a little to see if they still have BA Grat to purchase... But their crack social media team doesn't seem to have anything about it out there.

It's not listed as for-purchase on their taplist though... so, I guess they sold out?

This always frustrates me. Too bad, I had .394 on tap at GEMDRFL and really liked it. A price that high for anything hoppy actually makes me question the purchase for 2 reasons: Obviously not wanting to spend that much on a pale ale, but also wondering how long it's been turding around because not enough people are keeping inventory moving because of the price point.

End rant.

Agreed. I enjoyed it as well when I had it on at Industry back in April and was looking forward to seeing bottles, but not at that price.
