Can you come chase them out of my yard? They are so lazy they don’t even flinch when the car comes down the driveway.

Dude. I live on Mt ******* Washington and EVERY MORNING i almost hit the same three deer.

I love them, but they have zero respect for me or my car.

Saw a buck last week, standing in my front yard. I was like "eh yo what up homie?", he nodded then walked away toward Grandview. Saw him eating a steak at Altius after work one day. That part isn't true.

Of course it's not. He's vegan.

Nothing worse then a deer locking eyes with you and then shitting all over your lawn. That’s disrespect.

I heard Emboldened Deer is the next IIPA can release at DG, collab with the Sharpsburg NRA.

Dana Loesch's food truck will be serving up piping hot plates of idiotic ********.

There's a Voodoo "sampling" tonight at Max's in Baltimore. They've done this before for breweries that don't distro here, but sometimes it's because they are about to start slinging beer in MD.

Ran down and gave this one a try while on the clock (only 3.9%). Super crushable and will be a great summer beer. Hoping to see fruited versions

I know Curt and Trevor from de Garde are buddy-buddy. Wonder if this is a harbinger of things to come.
christ i hope not

i know people love degarde but the world needs less battery acid berliners that eat the emamel off your teeth and more berliners you wanna pound by the gallon

Agreed on that first part. Though dG discontinued the Bu series to focus on other mixed fermentation beers. I used to dread every time someone opened a Bu, but I’ve had a large sampling of their newer releases and I’m a fan.

unfortunately i haven't had any beers from the west of here breweries known for saisons/wilds yet (degarde, holy mountain, side project, sara). i always thought degarde was pretty well regarded but i guess that isn't the case?

Depends on who you ask about deGarde.

De Garde is odd for me. Their dark fruit beers (The Marion, Black Raz Bu, The Bluest for example) have been spectacular while their stone fruit beers (The Peach, Passion Bu, Imperial Nectarine Bu) have been battery acid drain pours. Like, I would rather drink Natural Ice drain pours, and I've never experienced this type of harsh acidic taste in anything else that I can recall. Not sure if I held on to them too long or they weren't stored correctly, but they were undrinkable.

You need some Nectarine Premiere and Petit Peche/Nectarine in your life, famalam.

Funnily enough, Nectarine Premier is the only De Garde beer I have left. I've heard that it's one of their best from a lot of people. Cautiously optimistic about it, and will probably be opening it here very soon.

You should invite Matthouse3. He'll get a little farty on ya.

Did we open one at your house a while back? I think Bill brought it. But that is the only one I've had from them that I thought was good. The bottle of The Road I drank not that long ago was straight vinegar. And I hate vinegar.

That was Jason Bradleys house. Agree that most DeGarde is poop bitut the premiere was tasty.
