I'll be honest no I have not ... but with as good as GNVP is, IF DoubleMex was equally as good, which if it's on par with last year it's not, then just $$ alone GNVP is a much better deal

The idea is a bottle, growler, crowler, can etc that you can walk in and buy. Not something you had to wait in line for 5 hours for.

I always liked it because it is back to trading the way (in my opinion) it should be. Often times people in that thread are quite generous and include beers they waited in line for 5 hours for.

I'll be honest, I never understood how that BIF works. I participate in plenty in BIFs (cause **** trading/yay "gambling"), but the ones that contain more than a handful of bullets of instructions make my head hurt.

Yeah honestly that "wish list" thread has never made sense to me, which is why I've stayed away from it.

C'mon Kevin, it is not that complicated. Someone puts up a list of breweries they want to try and someone else grants that wish. Whomever grants that list puts up a list of there own.

They had them on a list of breweries they wanted. He also said that he was mainly looking for IPAs, saisons and barleywines. PSUMike stepped up to grant it.

People also wouldn't know to ask for Roundabout or Gristhouse or even that you can get Fat Head's or Voodoo in Pittsburgh. We got hops in spades and it is a good problem to have.
