I have enjoyed most of what I have had form them. Musk of the Minotaur, Wagnbar, Konkey Dong, South of Eleven and Roller Blabe have all been fantastic. Everybody wants some Vics Secret is maybe the worst IPA I've ever had. It stung my mouth and left it almost numb? Very weird. The belgian IPA and gose were good too. Koffury was a nice coffee stout, but nothing to write home about.
But what about that growler of their American Barleywine...

Damn, where did hunterpgh's last post go? That was the best j/o gif I've ever seen!

EDIT: Also, I'd noticed that the traffic had slowed down in here before today, & then remembered that kbuzz was starting his "way-less-clowning-around-online" job.

Where are you finding these?!

Ha, I'm glad you're enjoying these. There are a few other forums I lurk and post on. Always ready to right click and save when I come across a goodie. The second one of the kid rapping with the dude in the background is one of my favorites.

Would you be a dear and pick up your store, moving it to a location that's slightly more convenient to my north hills locale? Thanks man, you're the best.

If you go to the shaler one, you're probably not too far from me. Im getting a case tomorrow, so let me know if you want some, or if any of you guys want some for that matter.

Call the giant eagle 1 800 number. Managers lose their **** over 1 800 calls. Ask, "can you please move Shadyside MD closer to my house so that Randy can sell me beer." Some manager will need to call you and tell you how they will go the extra mile to make you happy. I'd roll on the floor laughing if that call got back to me.

... I may just do that.

If nothing else, can I bitch about the year old IPAs on the shelf at Shaler? I mean, for **** sake.

I'm in Allison Park, up on Burchfield Hill off of Rt. 8.
We shld build fires and send smoke signals to each other. I'm on mt royal on the other side of rt 8..

Perhaps we can combine forces to make our big bird great again!

Would drafting a strongly worded letter in regards to the matter help?

We need to get uvm2003 in the action too, he lives nearby as well.

I couldn't wait for my case of Nimble Giant that's coming tomorrow. I finished my day in Ross so I stopped by WF Wexford on my drive home and they have multiple cases behind the counter. Drinking one now and it's 99% as good as I remembered. A little boozier that I recall but other than that, it's essentially spot on to my palette. I'd put this up against pretty much any other DIPA I've had. Mosaic (a.k.a. Shuggy-repellent) is front and center and it's delicious. Very, very dry as well but not abrasively so. Happy I have 27 more of these to drink. Willing to spare some if anyone strikes out. Matthouse3, I think this is right up your alley.

I used to live off Mt. Royal and visited that GE frequently, it was great when Randy worked there, besides the time he hoarded the whole CBS case for himself, but that's a different story. My parents live off of Bfield so I'm up there fairly often, so once I get the case we can meet up if you'd like.

Randy moved to Shadyside a month after I moved over here. I was devastated.

And thanks man! I'll let you know for sure.

I bought a house in shaler and a few weeks later I found out randy left for bright lights and the big city.
