Sounds cool. It's just such an odd location for a brewery.

A brewery inside of an old theater brewing on site and selling to patrons who are there to watch old movies is one of the most hipster things I've ever heard of.

And that's not meant to be a slight at all, but come on.

To add on to that, it's directly across from a police station in the middle of the 'hood. It's a rough ass place. I've had a crackhead walk up to my car while I was at a red light and ask for a ride one block down the street.

Great seeing a bunch of you at BG last night. It was good to share some bottles and watch the Pens win! I really enjoyed the new stuff (and 'tross being back on). Foggy Mountain IMHO furthers their case for being the king of pales. Congrats to brewgentlemen ZachBrewGentlemen Rjdillman on 2 great years and your continued success.

Kessel = GOAT.

I'm hoping to make it down to Brew Gentlemen on Saturday to try these new beers. Hoping that the prior obligations that I have for this weekend cooperate. Also hoping that it doesn't rain all day like they are calling for.

Liked Foshomo and Albatross, and could've drank Foggy Mountain all night. Only disappointment was that there were chorizo tacos on my mind and the dog truck showed up. Only had one growler with me and decided on Foggy Mountain mountain, so I could watch the Pens win without getting blotto.

Thanks for the kind words Greg.

Could you compare II to anything you have had before?
Nothing jumped to mind immediately, but I very much enjoyed the small sample I was given. Had the caramel/toffee thing you'd expect, but I also picked up hints of tobacco and cherry. As it warmed, I thought it got pretty woody, which I love to taste in a BA beer.

So what your saying is a little more Radiohead then Tool?

Can anybody help out a little: How many bottles is BG releasing Saturday? Will they make it into the evening? I won't be able to make it til later in the afternoon, probably. Would love to take home some bottles, but at least would like to try the beers on draft, especially that ba old ale.

Matthouse3 Had Hazel's Nuts on tap at Odd Side today. While it is getting better each time I drink it, it still is a hazelnut coffee creamer, bourbon bomb......No thank you. They did get a crowler machine....which was tempting with their new sours.
