Hello
Making hard cider. I usually do this in Winter so the temps are cooler, but I pitched in maybe 40 degree temp. Been about 3 days with no sign of fermentation. I've warmed the area up this morning, but should I add another yeast packet or is the yeast going to kick in with warmer temps?

Can you give it a shake or a stir ? Last week I had something that didnt want to start right away. On day 2, I gave it a good shake and it took off. Good luck
