2 days ago I pitched about 2/3 - 3/4 of a pack of Nottingham ale yeast onto my 5.25 gallon cider.

I figured since it was an 11 gram pack I wouldn't need the whole thing.

Airlock is bubbling once every 2 -3 seconds, looks like it's fermenting nicely.

Should I pitch the rest in there?
