I've been playing around with a idea to make a pineapple jalapeno, or perhaps habanero , pilsner. I just bottled a prior batch of a watermelon wheat which has come out pretty good pre-carbonation (fingers crossed) and I made that one using juice from watermelons I reduced into a syrup. Question time, Does anyone have any experience with whole fruit vs. syrups for the addition of those flavors?
I just started venturing off on my own as far as making recipes for whole grain brewing so any advice on the beer in general would be welcome.
