I plan on adding 3 cans of frozen pineapple concentrate (thawed) to my fermenter after about 7-10 days. Each can contains 12oz of concentrate and 150g of sugar, so 450g of sugar total. Around how many gravity points can I expect to gain from adding the 3 cans? I am shooting for a light, drinkable blonde so I dont want my ABV creeping up too high.
