Pineapple Concentrate Gravity Points

I plan on adding 3 cans of frozen pineapple concentrate (thawed) to my fermenter after about 7-10 days. Each can contains 12oz of concentrate and 150g of sugar, so 450g of sugar total. Around how many gravity points can I expect to gain from adding the 3 cans? I am shooting for a light, drinkable blonde so I dont want my ABV creeping up too high.
Edit: Forgot to add this is for a 5 gallon batch.
 
Well, 453g = 1lb. Pure sugar is like 46 ppg? So for a 5 gallon batch somewhere around 1.009 increase? Though thats probably a bit off. That assumes your batch accounted for the volume of the pineapple being added, and ignores everything else in the juice that is not sugar. But somewhere in that ballpark?
