Thanks to all of the outstanding information on HBT, the willingness of others to help and answer questions, and a passion for making beer (and a DIY mentality), I am proud to unveil Pine Grove Brew Works.
PGBW is an all-electric brewery based on two primary build dynamics. Firstly, I'm using a RIMS system based upon Sawdustguy's build. The RIMS holds the temperature perfectly whether I'm doing a single infusion or step mashing. Secondly, my HLT and BK are based on Kal's system (www.theelectricbrewery.com) using 5500w ULD heating elements running on a 220 system.
I brew 10 gallon batches, and ferment mostly in my 14 gallon heated/cooled conical (yes, it's a luxury, but what an amazing piece of equipment! Temperature control, yeast harvesting, bright tank, crashing, and direct kegging. It's awesome. My SWMBO actually suggested I get it with last year's tax refund... she's a keeper!) The addition of a vented hood and industrial sink with spray arm for easy clean-in-place makes for quicker work at the end of the brewday.
I'm attaching a few pics, and will post more. I'm also in the process of building a website for my brewery (very much a new work in progress, I'll be updating it frequently.)

Thanks to everyone in our brew community! This is an amazing resource that I am more than happy to financially support. Now on to the pics!
