Hi, I am making a pina colada wheat beer for a football game next week. It is in the fermenter now about to be Kegged in a few days. This is a showcase beer where 30 people will be drinking it. I bought pure coconut and pineapple extract online. My question is how much should I put? I have 2 extracts going in there. I was thinking one table spoon per gallon so 5 table spoons of each fruit flavoring. What would be the best amount?
