I only have pin lock kegs and that made it difficult for me to build the hand pump beer line cleaner since it was based off of a post for ball lock kegs. However I took my pin lock post to ACE hardware today and they figured out that missing part I needed to finally attach my pin lock post to a hand pump sprayer to clean my beer lines.

After you take the nozzle off of the sprayer remove the rubber piece that was inside and fit it into your brass fitting.

Teflon tape all male fittings. Especially the fitting the pin lock post attaches to. That fitting needs extra teflon for a snug fit.

Apologies. I originally had a question about the fit to the pump. Looks like I had a 3/8” compression fitting instead of a FIP. Unfortunately I can’t delete the post [emoji849]

Which style pin lock post did you use? I've been wanting to make a cleaner for a while but never got around to figuring out the adapter and corresponding post thread pattern.

Going to order a pond pump next week. I built this setup around a year ago so wonder if there is a male to male threaded fitting to go from the pond pump inlet to the adapter->Pin Lock body?
