ie, a lot of good lambic....

you're going to be hard pressed finding a better list, shakedwnst, imho. they had quetsche, too.

you can check out Teresa's Next Door in Wayne, but you're going to pay dearly. I think they have 1 or 2 Cantillon, De Cam, Tilquin, 3F.. maybe others.
Couldn't agree more. I just wanted to prepare him for the fact that there won't be anything really hard to find, which I think people unfairly expect out of Monk's.

Could also probably find some Cantillon, 3F et al at Barrel House but again, emphasis on pay dearly.

That's what I also stumbled across in my searches, as long as they have those bottles. Willing to splurge a little, been waiting for this good news for a while now.

Honestly didn't think Monk's would have much after the PtY day, so thought I'd ask. They are probably so well known though that it's unfair to assume they always have a top notch selection.

Trying to stay local tonight so Teresa's is out.

Not sure how accurate the list is online but last time I was in there were some lambics in the cooler. Also 430-630 most drafts are half off for happy hour if youre going earlier.

Sup w Philly Beer Week? Didn't see anything especially enticing on the event page aside from the Bullfrog event the Friday before which I can't make... Lost Abbey/Allagash/Avery days sound aiite, but where do I NEED to be?

It's still early. I'm sure events will start populating the event calendar by the end of the upcoming month.

I know of a certain bar that's going to have a Tired Hands event. That'll be fun.

Have fun at that **** show.
Can't be any worse than your typical bottle release. Besides...they'll have two locations to run things at at the same time. And the new place seats like 5x the number of people the current location does. Should be fine.

As I understand it, you Philadelphians don't get much Carton down there, so try and go to this event:

Mostly standard stuff, with the exception of Irish Coffee, Tharsis (which is quite good), SS Kentucky, and Nitro Milk.

Does Capone's really have a keg of LPG for Saturday? I've never even heard of such a thing.

They're advertising it as a 2009 LPG. Anyone know whether this is 2009 sticker or kegged in 2009. I'm assuming it's the former.

Any Philly people headed up to Hill Farmstead in August for the FOFA event? Going with another person and looking to link up with a DD . Let me know!!

I'll see some of you at the Jon's Bullfrog event. I'll be the bearded bald guy with a beer gut pouring your grrrz's. You can always trust a guy with that description to pour you a good beer.
