For whatever it's worth, I personally use the Omega PHH-7011, and have *loved* it. Comes with a case, storage solution, calibrating solutions. Has a replaceable electrode, and is precise to .01. Calibration is super quick, the unit is waterproof... just can't recommend it enough.
It does cost $99, but it's well worth it in my book.
