I moved to a new town and my PH is magically falling in to place as it had been.

My past few IPAs havent been quite on target, taste wise. Even recipes I brewed multiple times. So I checked the PH. In the past Ive been right on the mark 5.2-5.3.

My last batch was 5.7ph. I checked going into the kettle and after the boil it remained the same 5.7?

What should I add to bring down the PH?

My grain bills are standard for ipas
2row
4% caramel 40
4% carapils dextrine

I'd double check your pH meter- the first thing that I see is that the mash pH and the post-boil pH are the same and that shouldn't be.

You can use phosphoric acid in the mash to bring down the pH to the appropriate level, but I'd make sure the pH meter was calibrated and working well first.
