I just re-worked my recipes and I need some 2row. I can trade my bag of vienna (from the last GB) for the bag of Vienna on this order, and add a bag of two row. (Does that make sense?)

Let me know, I can divide it up and seal it in foodsaver bags. I'll drop them off with you before the GB.

I was trying to add up the list for the total amount of sacks, but there is a sack of CMC 4074 wheat split at 1/9 and 2/9. Is that supposed to be 1/3 and 2/3, respectively?
Well, I entered all the info into the graph that we used for our last bulk order. Looks like there's a full pallet here. If there is room enough for one sack of BM Pilsen, I'll be in on it.

I believe that two people already were planning to split your bag of Vienna, so I took their Vienna requests off the tally. Unfortunately the pallet is full so I don't think we can add a bag of 2-row.

Nope, the ninths are correct. Two other people are getting 1/3 a bag each, and then two people are splitting the last third of that bag. The split bags are a bit of a hassle -- we might have to go with full bags in the future and leave it to each brewer if they want to arrange to divide a bag with a friend or another brewer who lives near them.

Mike -- Yeah, unfortunately the pallet is full. However, several other people have also asked the same question, so that sounds like a good start to the next order. Thanks for your offer to help out with future orders!

Any particular LHBS that you have enjoyed in the area? I primarily buy from the online vendors who post here but Brews Brothers at Kedco and Farmingdale is where I got myself started
