I transferred the specialty grains that magnj decided against to you. Please let me know if you want less of any of them.

unfortunately i cant use the corn, rice, roasted barley or chocolate. everything else is like my dream purchase. this is a great community thank you for managing this one josh.

being i had the largest order here, i will be happy to manage the next buy. i do not have the advantage of a loading dock, but i can handle the order, and may be able to accept the delivery... that is if my super is agreeable... :D

you should drop the sacks of adjuncts and let the other two guys get in on a sack of base malt each.
Unless you are selling the maize and rice, it will take you a long time to use 30 some pounds of it. Chocolate malt will will last forever too.

You can go to the grocery store and get grits and rice off the shelf.

My order looks good, thanks Josh! Nice job! Also thanks to Flan for his offer to haul to Red Bank...need any hops Flan?

Confirmed.

As soon as you know the pricing info shoot me a PM and I will paypal you the money

Now to come up with some recipes that use Maris Otter as I have never used that before

I've got in 1 lb packages right now, amarillo, apollo, cascade, Simcoe, summit, and warrior. What's on order?

Wow man, sounds like you are set! Just trying to reciprocate on your generous offer to move grain in addition to some specialties. :mug:

Yah, I really like those and don't like not having on hand when I realize my kegs are floating and it's time to brew. Now I would gladly take some other flavors that may be on order. Regardless, this is a great way to get the price per batch down significantly. My hat is truly off to Joshuafields for so accurately managing this cluster.

Worth repeating! He did a helluva job! I thought a few times of tweaking my order...but sometimes it is more efficient to keep the mouth shut and let it roll. I'm very pleased, thanks Josh.

Aww thanks you guys... no problem. I'm glad to help, so that we can all have a better and more affordable brewing experience. If we all take a turn managing the orders, it all works out in the end in true co-op style.

If we can get everything confirmed by Monday, then I can get a quote and post payment details. By the time all payments are received and the order is coordinated with NCM, chances are that the delivery will be sometime during the last week of January.

For all the boys in Jerzee, let's get this order moving b/c if pickup is not before the 27th of Jan, my gallant gesture to haul sacks o grain south will be moot. I also need to know who i'm running grain for so I can figure out which car I'm going to use.

If it gets too late for you and happens to bleed into the week of Feb. 14-20, I will be through and in Jersey twice that week. I'd be willing to transport if needed if folks don't mind meeting somewhere.

Bump...do we have some dead wood in the pile? C'mon guys confirm your orders as listed on p. 1 of this thread.

Thank you

I would appreciate it if my grain could hitch a ride but me going up there is not out of the question. I drove into Brooklyn last week and it wasn't so bad.

When I get in on this (as soon as I get a grain mill), I live in SI, so I could definitely pick up the South Jersey guys' stuff and bring it to the Island as a half-way point. Just FYI, lol..

who else is geting grain from ct, is it just me and shecky? i think that we CT guys, better off picking up our grain from Brooklyn.

I am also from CT. It would be very good if the order gets delivered this week; I could then pick it up from you or shecky saturday. If it doesn't, shecky offered to help out somehow in the future.

OK, my head hurts with all the split sacks. How many sacks are in on the order so far?
