A 3% hefeweizen with WB-06 and 1oz of coriander. There's not much coriander flavor/aroma as I don't think it was very fresh. Either way, so delicious and thirst quenching.

One of the best hefes I've ever had was given to me by sk888smooth. It not quite to style but it is awesome, i just started drinking it this week and i cant keep my lips off of it. He used White Labs WLP380 Hefeweizen IV I couldn't get that one so i used 3068

That does look pretty good. I brewed two of midwests' PM Berlin Wheat kits. one straight up,the other with the flavor hop haulertauer addition moved from 30 to 20 minutes & Trulemon added to the priming solution.
The first one tastes like a cross between Paulaner hefe & Franziskaner weissebier to me. The second has a couple weeks to go yet before fridge time. I'm hoping the Trulemon works better in the lighter wheat beer.
