So I was searching on ways to extract pear juice without using a press, one of such ways was to use a food processor to blend up the pears then put them in a cheesecloth to strain out the pulp/skin..etc...

Lets just say all I am left with is Pear juice/pulp.

Was this a stupid newbie mistake and I should just consider this a lesson and dump the "pear-sauce" or is it possible to still mix this with the apple juice and have to just rack the juice a couple of times during the fermentation process?

Any help much appreciated! Thankfully this was only 12lbs of pears i got for $5 :)

in the end i just threw out the pear sludge and worked with the apples :)

Got 1 gal of fresh juice from the apples alone so that worked out well.
