Just did a quick check: 0.6ozs (weight) per tablespoon. Of course, I've no idea if the PBW label is referring to weight or volume when it specifies one or two ounces per gallon.

Seriously... why would a company sell a powdered chemical and tell us to use a weight measurement? It would be much better if they just said "use 1 tablespoon per gallon of 100 degree F water."
 
I've always used 1 tbsp / gallon with very good effect. I circulate this concoction through my mash/lauter tun, then into my boil kettle, and then pump it into the fermenter where it sits. Everything always turns out nice and shiny after this treatment.
