Thanks! I checked it out, it's nearly $25 postage on a 2 pack to Australia, so I may well look into making my own! It gives me another name to search for though, as you can imagine, searching for "caps" and "home brew" in the same sentence got thousands of results, but none like these. I didn't think of "vented carbonation" when I searched.
