Made my own twist on a passion fruit ale and it came out pretty good

Grains:
Light DME 4lb Extract 50.0%
Two-row (US) 1lb Grain 12.5%
Corn Sugar 1lb Sugar 12.5%
Caramel Wheat Malt 1lb Grain 12.5%
Flaked Oats 0.5lb Adjunct 6.2%
Flaked Wheat 0.5lb Adjunct 6.2%

[Hops]
Citra 0.5oz 13.9% AA Pellet @ 45 min, 19 IBU
Citra 0.5oz 13.9% AA Pellet @ 10 min, 7 IBU

Yeast: American ale I used Bry-97

I added 8 cups of passion fruit pulp. It may have been too much so I would suggest adding 5 cups to the secondary.

OG: 1.048
FG: 1.015

Sounds nice an tasty. Put some away for a while and see if the fruit mellows out. Of course if you're like me, it will all be gone by next week.

Self control? What's that? Sounds awful.

In case you don't have fresh passion fruit, I suggest Markizza Passion Fruit Juice that I found on Amazon, the taste is just perfect!
