I had been tossing around the idea of purchasing a Party Pig for awhile -- and after reading reviews and posts about it -- I decided to purchase one last weekend at my LHBS.
I used it for my latest batch of Scottish Ale and have to say (so far) I am very impressed.
It went together very easy after filling.
The hand pump is a little cumbersome to "pop" the pressure bag -- it does make it a lot easier if you use it as a foot pump instead.
I found the video instructions (posted on their website) are very worthwhile to view before using -- although it does come with paper instructions also.
I'll post conditioning and dispensing results in 2 -3 weeks.
