I'm working on building a new HERMS rig for brewing. I have the basic stand mocked up and i'm working to build a parts list. I figured i would ask the community for advice on parts and where to acquire said parts. Mainly i'm looking for advice on what type of pumps, thermal sensors (would like the control panel to display temps for HLT/MT), pilot light systems for gas and automated solenoid for gas flow control and digital controllers additionally any advice you might have to offer for building a system like this.
I'm willing to compile are if there already is a compiled source i would love a link.
