I've been brewing Grain/Extract- Partial mash for about 15 yrs now.
ALWAYS comes out awesome, and I very the recipes often.

Today, I'm brewing my 2nd batch of what I call 'Todd's LIghtspeed'
While drinking some of my first batch.

I came up with a recipe based on posts I've read, etc.

This is the recipe I'm using, however it may be stright form someone else's thread- I'd do the footnoting if I could find it.

I don't have any gravities- sorry

Grains:
1# 2 Row
1# Golden Promise

Extract:
6# Gold LME

Hops:
55min- 1oz Millenium
30min- 1 oz Millenium, 2 oz Falconers Flight
15min- 1 tab Whirfloc, 1 tsp Brew vigor
Dry Hop- 1 oz Millenium, 1 oz Falconers Flight

**Disclaimer!- ** This is for personal use only, and I have no evidence that this comes close to the actual recipe.
** Further- this direct recipe may have some from someone elses thread.
I can't find it, and can't remember if I had put it into my Iphone as altered by me, or directly- If I copied your recipe- Thaznk you and please post that it was in fact your recipe.
I thought I had made this from a few all grain recipes.

Anyways- The final product is VERY close - using the Miilenium and Falconers Flight hops, etc.

Enjoy!

Todd

I realized that I didn't include a yeast.

Partly b/c I saved the dregs/bottom of several of my last beers to use a a yeast for this brew.
I do bottle only, and naturally carbonate in the bottle.

I've been saving the bottoms of a few beers with a small portion of the beer also.
It's in a capped bottle, and produced it's own pressure- therefore I know there's some active yeast in there.

The is my first time I've never boght a yeast for one of my homebrews-
With me luck that it starts fermenting soon

I guess no-one cared about this thread/brew.
It came out awesome, and I've brewed it several times since, using Wyeast though. I have a batch in the bottle now- so smooth, probably at least 8%.

Funny you commented that no one was interested. I just read this thread last night and was thinking of covering it to all grain or maybe just trying it as is. Plus im a huge star wars fan. I made a cda recipe with the same hops. I call it millennium falcon (I like your name better). I love falconer hops. May the force be with you!
