Hey everyone I'm new to homebrewing. I have an Irish red ale kit from northern brewer fermenting right now. I'm looking for a good partial mash belgian wit for a 5 gallon batch. Anyone want to share?
Right now I am thinking:
1lb Vienna malt
1lb pale malt (2 row) US Grain
1lb pilsner (2 row) belgian
1lb oats flaked

3lbs extra light dry extract
1 pound of honey
1oz saaz hops @60 min
2 oz sweet orange peel @5 min
1 oz coriander seed @5 min

Wlp400 white labs belgian wit yeast
