I think you need to use the same amount of Pacific Jade, if you want the aromas from that hops, otherwise it will be lost to Citra. Citra is potent and dominant.
Otherwise, it look good. Maybe a tad too much Crystal.
If I were you, I would sub the Crystal with more Maris Otter.
