Oxygen, staggered bottling and hello from a new brewer

Hi folks-

Kevin here. Brewed twice, consumed zero. My first is still bottle conditioning (been a week), and I just laid down my second. Planning on leaving number two in the FV for a good few weeks, based on what I've learned from you master brewers, or at least until I start to run out of batch #1 :)

My question is: bubbling has stopped... Does that mean that fermentation is complete? Ha! Just kidding- I've lurked here enough to know what's up. I have a hydrometer and besides- my FV lid leaks enough that my #1 didn't bubble at all. I had to go off hydrometer readings all the way. I taped around the lid on #2 and this time around I now have those oh-so-satisfying bubbles.

I dry-hopped my first batch and bottled it twice; half after 4 days and the other half after 7 days of dry hopping. I wanted to learn my taste preferences and experiment a bit. Why not, I figured! After my first bottling session, I started to wonder about all that air I had sucked in backwards through the airlock. I knew that fermentation had ended- it likely wasn't going to be pushed back out the top, at least not quickly. Is that a big deal? I suppose there's still be a good cushion of CO2 between the oxygen at the top and the beer below and likely a tiny bit of out-gassing still going on. What are your thoughts; Anything to think about with staggered bottling??
