I brewed 2.5 gallons of beer and put it into a 6.5 gallon glass carboy. Fermentation kicked off and fermented for a little over 30 hours and I needed my fermentation freezer for another beer, so I moved this beer up stairs in the closet ambiet about 70-72. I didn't check on the beer for a couple days and just opened the closet and the krausen came through there air lock. Can't believe that happend on a beer with a starting gravity of 1.030.
