Organic malt extract

Hi all!
I have just joined the forum and already have my first question.
Does anybody know of any organic malt syrup? I want to brew my first organic beer and can not find any.

Briess Maltoferm 10001 is organic dry malt extract. I do not know of any organic liquid extracts. It is distributed by LD Carlson. Technically, it's a food-grade extract and not a brewing-grade extract, but in practice I haven't heard anyone complain.

Maltotherm is not intended for brewing. It is a product used in the food industry. Check out the Briess site for the difference.
