8 days in primary (FG stable from day 5)
8 days in bottle

Would definitely benefit from another week of conditioning - but great right now. Hops and malt balanced nicely and the slight orange hint is perfect. Will be brewing this again soon.

Yep - strained out the zest (fresh - used a micro plane to just get the color off) and hop residue. It fermented out quickly (8 days) and we were drinking it after 8 days in the bottle. It'll be great if it lasts another couple of weeks. The orange is there and the hops are just enough to balance it out.

Really easy beer and my non-craft brew friends loved it.

How was the carbonation?

BTW your pic of it looks absolutely perfect. I'd pay money to try that after conditioning.

Turned out great - better than I had hoped for. I'm drinking it now and the carbonation is spot on as it is now just over a month in the bottle. The orange is in the background, but definitely there. I'll be brewing this again in a couple of weeks. Here's the pic for everyone else.
