Hi all,

In addition to my home brewing hobby, I also enjoy planted aquariums :ban:

Alot of these plant heavy tanks require CO2 addition in order for the plants to thrive.

My question to you is what yeast + recipe I should use in order to maximize CO2 production over a long period of time? I don't plan on drinking any of it and will probably just pour it out.... or maybe I'll distill it...

I bet the best bang for the buck would be white sugar and distiller's yeast. Sure as heck don't want to use malt products and brewer's yeast unless y'all have more money than smarts ;)

Cheers!
