Only A Few Drops Into Starter After Explosion

Hi Everyone,

I had a vial of WLP001 that exploded on me tonight. I managed to get a few drops into a pint sized starter so between 400-500 ml.

Will I be able to build this up? If so, whats the best way and how long will it take? I wanted to brew Monday.
