One quick question... ( last thing I need to know in order to be fully ready to brew. )

In regards to hydrating Yeast... obviously following package instructions for temp is what needs to be done.. my question is in regards to pitching yeast after rehydrating it...

Hydrate Dry Yeast @ 95F ...... after hydrating .... Is it ok to pitch this still at a high temp, or do I need to pull the yeast down to the wort temp first?

I hydrate at room temp and pitch at room temp. Easy peasy.

Hydrating warmer and then pitching into the cooler wort isn't going to cause any problems.
