Ive never seen anchovy kimchi.

They aren't labelled "Anchovy flavored" and it is more difficult to find Kimchi that excludes them. However, anchovy is usually the third or 4th ingredient listed, unless they use shrimp or balaccan (shrimp paste).

Oh, I know ive had anchovies cooked in things, or in things likle Caeser dressing. That doesnt bother me. What I was talking about was just grabbing a fish from the can and pop that in your mouth.

salmon is good, but artic grayling is even better...especially panfried

Fresh roasted red bell pepper. Olive oil. Anchovy filets. Roasted Garlic. Crusty bread. Glass of the biggest red you can find. Serbian even.

I grew up on fresh arctic char. Cook it if you must, but i like it raw, or dried
