I brewed a Creme Brulee-ish beer earlier this year and bottled it May 23rd. Drank some, have some sitting at room temp, and some in my keezer. Came home today and popped the keezer open to find that one of them had exploded at some point over the last 48 hours or so. Any reason why ONE bottle at keezer temp (~43*) would blow but none of the others, should I be concerned about the rest? Anything I can do to prevent the rest from blowing if so?

For the record... I'm Relaxed, I'm not too worried, and I am havinga homebrew at the moment. Was for SWMBO, and I'm not a huge fan :mug:

EDIT.... Just opened another one and it was a bit of a gusher, anything I can do short of A. Drinking it all quick. or B. popping the caps and resealing them on the foam?
 
For what it's worth my last pale ale 3 gallon batch had exactly one bottle to POOOP like a Belgian. Way over carbed. Nobody could pinpoint the problem.
 
The one that blew was in the keezer, opened another from the keezer and it was a gusher, just opened another from the room temp stash and it was an even bigger gusher. they've all made their way to the keezer to try to slow it down a bit and unless anyoen has any other suggestions, I'll be powering through and drinking as many super sweet 9% milk stouts as I can until they all blow.
 
Just went back and checked my notes. Bottled May 23rd. 5 Gallons, used 3.4oz of demarara sugar. Never would have expected to be getting bombs over 3 months after bottling, would have thought it would happen MUCH sooner than this....
 
I seem to have picked up a wild yeast that will continue to ferment very slowly until I get gushers or bottle bombs. My beer was at a stable FG when I bottled (hydrometer reading stable for a week) but in about a month I got bottle bombs. Once I open the fermenter to test for FG, the wild yeast will attack and will take my FG (apparently stable over 3 days at 1.014 or so) down to 1.002 in another 2 weeks and if bottled then, it will still give me gushers after a month in bottles. Very frustrating.
