I get my Fridge next week and plan to spend all day Saturday converting it, anyone from Omaha interested in coming to help? I can offer a burger burn for lunch and 5 different types of Homebrew to "sample" :mug:

Hey, speaking of being in omaha, do either of you know a brewstore around here to get a hydrometer and sanitizer? Thanks :D

Fermenters Supply just off 84'th and J (behind just good meats in "K" plaza) or right around the corner on K street at Cornhusker beverage and bridal... Cornhusker only has C bright. I use them for stuff like thermometers, hydrometers, flavorings, irish moss etc.... They sell equipment a little cheaper but the stuff at Fermenter's supply (yeast, grains) is generally Fresher and much more selection. FS also has Starsan, Idophor, bottles, corny's etc... Cornhusker does it as a small sideline because they are easier to find and the Owners don't like each other much.

Cool thing about Cornhusker is they stock a ton of Craft Beers and can pretty much get you (special order) anything you want
