Has anyone had any experience using Olive leafs in brewing? Or know of anything or information about it. If it does work i was thing the mash? Sort of like an olive leaf tea.
 
From a quick search on olive leaves in general (I've never heard of them being used for tea or food), I'd say they could work well as a hop replacement for aroma or dry hopping.
