I have been researching this recipe in anticipation of brewing something close. Although I am only an hour from the brewery it is tough to get a hold of as demand is so high.
Anyone come across a recipe or more information on how it is brewed?
The basics are:
Irish Walker is an English-Style Barley Wine. It has a full body, deep mahogany color and malty finish with a pronounced fruity quality. Irish Walker is dry hopped with a generous amount of English hops yielding a wonderfully spicy hop bouquet and flavor with less bitterness.
60 IBUs, 10% ABV, Fuggles and UK Golding hops
