Old Style "fully krausened"

I just read the following article...

...and I was wondering what it means by Old Style now being "fully krausened" again. I am familiar with the foamy, rocky krausen when we brew, but what does it mean for a beer to be fully krausened?

It means they add fermenting beer to fermented beer, usually for natural carbonation and to reduce diacetyl.

Sierra Nevada is kräusened at bottling time, but I'm guessing Heileman's is kräusened in a large pressure tank.
