1 oz. Challenger @ 8%AA (bittering)
½ oz. East Kent Goldings (flavor)
½ oz. Challenger (flavor)
1 tsp. Irish moss
1 oz. East Kent Goldings (aroma)
Wyeast 1084 Irish Ale Yeast, or
Wyeast 1028 London Ale Yeast
