Hey everyone -
I have a old batch of ingredients from 3 years ago.

A PM Octoberfest - all vacuum sealed

Is it worth me putting in the time to see what happens, or should I just toss it?

thanks for the suggestions....
 
If you got the time, what could it hurt? You have already spent the money to buy the stuff in the first place, so might as well see what you can get out of it.
I assume new yeast will be used.
 
The extract should be alright, but I'd probably toss yeast/hops/grain.
