Old Fashion Root Beer extract: Gluten Free?

So I'm taking some root beer to a fourth of July part where some of the kids are allergic to gluten. I know I didn't put anything glutenous in the mixture but I'm wondering if the extract itself is gluten free. The extract comes in a small brown box.

I did a search and this came up. I know it's from 2010, but I have the same question. Does anyone else know? zhopper, how did the event go?

Best bet is to contact the manufacturer of the extract. Most likely it's not, but better safe than sorry. They should have contact info on the package.
